Nationwide courier
We courier anywhere in South Africa. The fee depends on how many pouches are in your order:

Free local collection
Collect your order at no charge from one of two points (the exact address is confirmed on collection day):
- Rant-En-Dal, Krugersdorp — Mon – Fri 10:00 – 19:00
- Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort — Tue – Fri 19:00 – 20:00 · Sat – Sun 10:00 – 19:00
Please allow 3–5 business days for confirmation that your package is ready — we'll reach out on WhatsApp or by call. Collection times can occasionally shift, since Stable Nutrition runs alongside a full-time job; you'll always get as much notice as possible.
Timeframes
Every bag is blended and sealed by hand, so we pack to order. Allow 3–5 business days for delivery or collection — for EFT orders, counted from when your proof of payment lands.
