Stable Nutrition respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- Order details — your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can process and deliver your order.
- Payment — payments are handled on our payment provider’s secure page. We never see or store your card details.
- Messages — anything you send us via the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver your orders and coordinate delivery or collection.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we only share it with the service providers needed to run the shop (for example our payment gateway, courier and email provider).
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. To do so, contact us at stablenutrition@outlook.com.
Retention & security
We keep order information only as long as needed for our records and legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to keep it secure.
