We want you to enjoy every bag. Because our porridge is a handmade food product, the following applies — written to align with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order reference. We’ll replace it or refund you — your choice.
Food safety
For hygiene and safety reasons we’re unable to accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty. Unopened, undamaged bags may be returned within 7 days at your cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item (or confirming a damaged/incorrect order).
